Well, today was Thanksgiving (at least in America), a day to give thanks. We had some family over, which made the house so much more louder and exciting. The food was glorious, the cousins were so full of energy is energized us, the movies we watched were fun, and we all were thankful for everything. Thanksgiving isn't a day to give thanks, it's a day to be reminded to give thanks every day. So there is my brief two sentence lesson, give thanks every day.
So, since today was Thanksgiving and this blog is basically my online journal. I'm going to make a very large list of things I am thankful for. But I'll save that for last.
Today my little cousins, most under the age of six, all came over (only one family, but there are six of them) for Thanksgiving Dinner. Our house was the loudest you can ever get. We chatted and we played, once the day was over and the family was gone, me and my little sis just lied on the couch in exhaustion. Those kids have a whole lot of energy.
I got to watch the Macy's day Parade this morning, this is the first time I really ever done it. It was fun to watch, but the main reason why I watched it is because my friends were in it. American Fork High School Band is one of the best marching bands of twelve in the entire United States. They were so good, Macy's asked the American Fork Marching Band to perform at the Macy's Day parade. I have so many friends in the marching band at the moment, too many to count. Once of them is my next door neighbor, another is Derek, and there are also many many other friends in that parade. It was fun to watch them dancing on the television, being just... AMAZING!!! So today was nice, I'm grateful for my friends making it to the Macy's Day Parade. GO AF!!!!
