Before I go any further on my blog postings, I must mention that I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, or in other words, I'm a Mormon. I'm a Mormon, I know it, I live it, I love it. If you don't know of my religion and are curious, go on lds.org to check it out.
Okay, so just a few months ago, a baby was born. My first niece to be exact. She's just a little over 3 months old and is the cutest baby in the world. Her name is MacKenzie Elizabeth and oh how I love her to tears. She makes the best face expressions, and she does it like in five seconds. One time she lifts one eyebrow, another she is lifting both, another puckering her lips, another making her eyes big, smiling, puppy dog, sucking on bottom lip, etc. She is the strongest, smartest baby I have ever met. And she is a cutie.
Anyway, so there is a brief bit of my first and only niece. In fact MacKenzie just visited yesterday for my dad's birthday, MacKenzie's parents, Amanda and Johnny, joined us for a steakhouse dinner at our house while little MacKenzie entertained us.
I'm not sure if I can explain this through written words, for it's more of something to explain in person, but I'll give it a try. So me and my older brother were kind of playing around, wrapping our arms around each other's shoulders, me struggling to do so with how tall he is. Suddenly, my brother snatches my glasses with his mouth and he walks away.
"I just bit your face off!" He had told me.
I had to get my glasses back, so I shout, "Give them back!"
Well according to my mom, who had our back against us on the computer, she heard it a little differently. She heard a biting sound like a 'hammm" and then a "I just bit your face off" and a "give it back!" like I wanted to get my face back. Well, not sure how funny anybody else would think this as, but to me, I thought it was pretty funny.
That's all I have today, but expect more adventures from the super-awesome-hopefully-not-getting-negative-thoughts-about-being-too-prideful Kaylee!!! :D super happy smiley face!
