We had exchange students today from Japan, it was super fun. Some of them didn't talk much, understanding some of the words we said, but didn't participate much. There was this one kid who just instantly approached me with a smile, introducing his name (Which I sadly forgot. :( ). I forgot how to pronounce it as soon as he said it so I just said I was Kaylee and we shook hands with our left hands. He was pretty happy-go-lucky with lots of energy, probably very excited to be exploring a different school across the world.
The other day I found this demented green apple in the cafeteria. It didn't have that indent on the top where the stem was, instead it was flat on the top with a stem on a hump. I don't even know if it's an apple or not.
Today I had my first Advanced Orchestra concert. We played four songs, Hopak, Sorcerer's apprentice, Blue Fire Fiddler, and Mock Morris. It was quite fun. There are fifteen of us cello's and tell you what, we rocked the concert. My family told me we were by far the best over the intermediate and the Beginner, which, I guess, makes sense.
Well anyway, not much to say today exchange students, an orchestra concert and a demented apple.
